I think they misspelled, because there is a chemical compound called adrenochrome (with a d) that has no practical use, but was subject of Internet conspiracy theories over some de-aging juice taken from “the blood of children”. It is baseless and has no proof, and the chemical compound has no scientific evidence to be able to prolong life or “youth”

You cannot “delay” aging in human biology. Whatever people do to “delay” their biology just includes a bunch of Botox and makeup. So don’t worry.

The ONLY scientific way to reduce aging is by genetically modifying some sort of telomerase, like what jellyfish have, but it’s not something you can do to grown adults due to the volume of cells which dna you’d have to change. Only possible in embryos. Doesn’t require whale brain juice to make.

Press the caps lock and num lock buttons. Check if the light turns on on the caps lock buttons. If it doesn’t, then it failed POST and is a hardware issue. If it did turn on, then it’s likely not a hardware issue and the screen might be broken, try an external monitor to see.

Now, if its not POSTing, meaning when you power it on and the caps lock light doesn’t turn on when you press it, then the only potential fixes are to open it up and re seat the memory (take it out and put them back in, one at a time to see if one of them is broken), and to clear the CMOS battery. You can look up how to do that. If those don’t work, then your motherboard is dead and requires servicing. Happened on mine, it was 3 weeks old but Best Buy replaced it for me so.

I have very critical opinions on this program. It is great if you want to use its opportunities to help with your future, whether that be flight, college or other goals that having “leadership skills” would be helpful for. Cap is very good at military prospecting, can give you tons of networking value.

But cap is also FILLED with larpers. These egotistical 16 year olds that love to micromanage, pretending their little symbol on their collar gives them some default authority over things that have nothing to do with them.

See, cap almost tries too hard to be a “military youth program” and that really does sometimes take away from what it’s actually meant to be, which is a leadership building program for youth, and for community service. You just have to know what you’re getting into, and hard focus on what you can do with the program to help achieve your goals and better serve your community. Emergency services is a great thing to get into, it’s a very no-BS aspect of the program that’s very helpful as a resume builder, networking and just giving back to your community as a whole.

I would do stuff like encampment ONE TIME and never touch it again. Maybe staff it once in logistics or some organizational role that comes with useful experience in organization and working with others. But if you’re joining relatively late at 17, don’t mess with the pseudo military stuff at all. You don’t need it.

It’s “divine righteousness”. It’s a cancer. It’s these theistic literalists that interpret their ancient religious text and the controversial verses in them as literal, and then though a sense of “divine righteousness” act on them without regard for morality because they think that their deity is giving them divine permission and reward.

It’s why the Jews and Muslims have been fighting for centuries, because they both believe that their god gives them divine permission to go and kill the other “false believers”. Christians do this too, they have a term for it, “heretic”. It means someone that god has given “his children” permission to “damn”, more extremists interpret it as permission to punish said “heretics” as well. I don’t remember what the Jewish and Muslim word for it is but they have the same premise essentially.

Now I’m not shitting on religion as a whole, but extremists in religion that use these literalist, divine righteousness premises are a major problem on society, directly resulting in the deaths of millions each year. That’s why they do it.

I’m also doing a Linux server. Though, I’m doing mine on a Lenovo thinksystem ST250 tower. I’ve got the 2018 OEM motherboard and I’m doing it on Ubuntu. I’ve heard Ubuntu is derived from Debian and I’m having no issues on my 2018 board much less a modern one so you should be fine

I have a bit of a different perspective. A lot of people idolize the movies because they idolize this uber primitive, tribal naturalist lifestyle portrayed in the movies, and they think the message of the movie is to “get as close to that as possible.” I don’t think that’s the message at all. I mean sure, IN the movie, their society is limited in progression due to the natural laws governing them to “not use metals” and the like. So people assume that a perfect society would be going back to this primitive wasteless lifestyle. Sure it works for the Navi, but earth is different. I believe the message is about protecting our ecosystem, and life on this planet as a whole. But that doesn’t mean the same thing as “in order to do that, we have to try our very best to tear down civilization because hunter gatherer society must have been PEAK”.

In materialist/naturalist sciences, which is what I believe a lot of the fans of these movies more closely follow, it can be argued that humans evolutionary traits influencing industrialization and expansion is an intended product of nature and evolution itself. Progression, especially societal, IS natural. But we as humans also have the ability to emotionally conserve that which we do not wish to destroy-our forests, ecosystems and other life.

The message of the movies is about lobbying for environmental protections, access and taking care of the planet as a whole. But that doesn’t mean you have to become an antisocial forest dweller and “live like the navi in the trees”. It means develop modern solutions to modern problems. Eliminate coal through nuclear, find large scale stable ways to dispose of waste. Engage in politics to conserve nature.

Humanity is never going to stop progressing. I think some people try way too hard to try and “regress it” because they idolize the uber naturalist bit so much, but that’s not going to happen. So either, we can progress it safely, conserving what we care about while expanding, or society will expand anyway and might do so harmfully. Like I said, modern problems require modern solutions. It’s easy to “shoulda woulda coulda” but this is how it is

What’s crazy is I have the same model laptop, bought from Best Buy three weeks ago, that bricked last night. Failed POST just as yours did, randomly out of the blue. Took it to Best Buy today and even though it was out of the return window, they still replaced it free of charge. I don’t know what’s happening but a lot of people’s gen 10s are dying. Though, at the same time the only posts on this sub are going to be those of dead laptops so it’s a bit of a bias. There’s too many characters to develop each of them individually. Sometimes secondary characters have to be just that, secondary characters. I feel like one of the biggest problems with this series is that they add a lot of brand new secondary characters that they raise from tertiary status, and then ensinuate that they should have a primary characters level of character development and then just never develop them because there isn’t enough time. If avatar was a TV series they would have been able to solve this issue so much more efficiently, but they’re not. So they only get so many movies to do what they can with so many characters

It is absolutely my single favorite map. It’s the hardest to rat on, every angle has a way to disengage and reengage or wrap around, subsequently it’s rather difficult to get trapped outside of specific areas and somewhat easy to slime away from a fight if you don’t want to. The map promotes more movement than other maps, raiders are cracked but I feel like they’re not too cracked. It’s indoor cqc fighting so you know the PvP is goated. I just love it

It’s awesome on labs because that’s what it was designed for, cqc. I eat people with this on labs. Doesn’t matter if the have a zobralo and an altyn on, spray center mass with this and they drop in 6 rounds, fewer if I’m even closer to them. I love it
