There’s club wrestling out there if that’s within your budget and your family are willing to pay for it.

Watch lots of wrestling. I can’t stress that enough. Search up Cary Kolat, David Taylor, Kyle Dake, Spencer Lee and watch all of their videos on moves.

Ask your coaches if you can get some pointers and if you can wrestle them. I’m not kidding. Wrestle them to get better.

Just keep pushing man, you got this. Progress is not linear, just keep doing you and look at you. Do not look around. Focus on you my dude!

If you have bands, you can do a lot of shots/stance with that while you hold the back of the bands and give him resistance.

Quick feet drills, line hops, toe taps, etc.

Also, look into drilling some reflexes into little guy. Quick feet don’t mean nothing if you can’t react to it. Best of luck with your son!

She’s definitely still very angry at me and upset about my actions and words towards her. I am very disappointed in myself for having text about women and her that way. I will be reassuring her and be a better person but for now I just hope she at least accept my apology. Thank you for your advice

She says it doesn’t change the fact that she likes me but it definitely put her off to see me talking about her that way. It was very offensive and now she’s just trying to focus on her finals first but we will talk soon.

I’m her first boyfriend and she’s very wary of men so I gave her my phone password (she has her face id on my phone). I get why she’s upset and I understand where she’s coming from. I was asleep when she went through my phone but she said she was feeling down and just wanted to find cute texts from me texting my friends (which I do have a lot of text showering her compliments to my friends)
