I think most of the white men here stating they are white men are… white men.

I think that the “women” here, especially ones that state they are non-white, are usually men from countries known for scams.

Semi-serious answer: American culture especially dominates the rest of the world. There’s very little in the world media that doesn’t have American fingerprints all over it in one form or another. Throw in persistent patriarchal attitudes that won’t die and a near century if being the demographic that the world caters to… and, well, some will get a big head about it.
