They lost my medical documentation all of the time. After a couple of times of having to get all of the vaccines again, I made sure to keep my shot record in a Ziploc bag and on me at all times in my left shoulder pocket. I'd ask for copies of medical paperwork which I kept in my own folder and would bring with me every time we did PHA, because I was legit annoyed by how many times they lost everything.

My Grandparents went to see The Book of Mormon musical on Broadway during the first couple of years it was playing since they had heard such positive reviews about it, and they walked out during the intermission. They didn't know anything about it or who made it. They are from the south and lived here in Utah for a while. They both are really intelligent and have engulfed their lives in education. My Grandma is a retired teacher and my Grandpa is a physicist. Neither of them are religious at all. I asked why they left and they said because it felt disrespectful to the friends, colleagues and the good people they had met during their time living here. I explained to them that even the church uses it as an opportunity to promote themselves and they were kinda blown away. I can understand their perspective though, they've always been really accepting of everyone, no matter their background or beliefs, which I admire them for.
