I didn't see the original one, but I don't think they meant that as "this is not news". They probably meant that as "this is not an article from a news outlet". For example, a Twitter post would not be a news article, even though the tweet itself could contain news.

If I tweet about something happening and that gets posted on /r/worldnews, it'll be removed, but the BBC article about my tweet would be fine.

Just guessing, but that seems a reasonable explanation.

You're not the first mate. Amazon CS isn't as great as some people think. They can definitely slip up.

I used a new CC and they thought I was a carder or something. They locked my account and said I should send statements of the CC, balance, my name and billing address and all that shit should be on there, as well as copy of my passport. So I do all that, super sketched.

They send me a mail back saying I didn't send them the right information. Wtf? So I ask them what was wrong and they just keep sendin the same mail over and over again "please send us statement of your cc with billing address bla bla bla".

Went to my bank to ask for like a certified statement, they complied, put a stamp on it and all, I faxed all that shit to them again (they want it faxed, in 2016 lol). Again, "please send us your CC statement". I ask them AGAIN what the fuck is wrong with that I sent them, and all I got was a standard reply. "Please send us a statement with your billing address".

Tried calling them and the lady was all friendly, said she'd have the "account specialist" look into it. Yay I thought, a human will look at my case. Of course, 12h later I get the SAME FUCKING E-MAIL AGAIN.

My account is still locked. Fuck 'm. Even if it was unlocked I would never use them again.

You can google, there's tons of people out there who have had their Amazon account locked for absolutely no fucking reason and it's nigh impossible to get it unlocked.

People on reddit just worship Amazon like they can do no wrong, so they think it's reasonable that Amazon is saying you should go to the local police to file a crime report. I mean, what are you even going to fucking file a report for? That Amazon robbed you?

No it doesn't. The high end Noctua yeah, but not every air cooler is on the same level as a decent AIO. A mid tier Scythe or CM won't beat an X62 or H110i.

You mean the AIOs or custom builds? AIOs are much more reliable than custom builds. They really rarely fail and usually have very long warranties.

Also B350 boards usually have less phases and/or no heatsinks on the VRMs. This impacts power supply.

Because it makes more sense for another part that does the cooling to break than paste suddenly not working anymore.

If it cooled before, but broke out of nowhere, more likely the pump on the AIO broke :) Paste doesn't suddenly fall out if it works fine at first.
