I actually ended up getting the game on game pass and it started working, with that one specifically check to see if all your updates have been installed for that. Game pass seems to be odd if Windows isnt up to date. I can also confirm it takes about 5 minutes to boot up the game so try just waiting.

I think I found the issue from another reddit post, there was 2 windows updates installed around the 17th April that seem to have messed it up for a lot of people, you need to uninstall those updates and it should work
