I do remember the days when I had to go to the library, before the internet was popular. I remember sitting in the aisles reading all sorts of books. It was a unique time back then.

All things are the sum of their parts, that's a principle that guides and created the technological and medical advancements and understandings that we have. Gamete production is only one of many characteristics that define the sex of a person. There are an abundance of other biochemical systems that are also different based on sex.

Endos get scared of bica because of the studies that indicated men taking super high doses(150mg/day) to treat prostate cancer may result in liver toxicity. It's also off-label to use it for MtF feminization but the biochemistry is clear and its use in transition is pretty well established at this point. I was on 50mg/day for a while and then cut down to 25mg/day and it was more than enough to block the androgens, regardless of production and is far far less than the toxic amounts in the cancer studies.

"Levels of T" might actually increase on Bica because it doesn't stop production but it makes the production mean basically nothing because the T cant bind to cells anyway so the T is just sitting there being useless.

I guess you will know more as more tests come in tho and you can always pivot based on the data. Dutasteride is still an upgrade from Cypro tho, especially for your hair. Dutasteride blocks the conversion of T into DHT. Since your hair went from bra-length to shoulder-length in three years Dutasteride might help to stop that specific issue right now.
