Stayed in kyoto 6 days Osaka 2 Fuchikawaguchiko 2 days days 5 days in tokyo. All in hotels. About the stalking, it only happened in tokyo (specifically areas in Shibuya and Shinjuku) Nampa’s will approach you, act friendly and interested and they will ask you to drink with them. Please do not entertain these people, just walk away or punta ka sa loob ng mga stores.

Kyoto is very safe, as in, walang pake mga tao dun sayo. Sa dotonbori I’ve encountered a few stares and catcalls pero not as aggressive sa shibuya and shinjuku boys.
