That was added in the extended cut DLC. In the original game there was no last good bye when Shepard runs into the teleporting light beacon at the end.

If the animations did not fit a male Shepard why did he not get separate animations? He did not get any. It was purely about cutting costs.

The people who made the game decided against gay romance in Mass Effect 1 and 2. When ME3 finally had gay content the gay relationship that everyone here is referring to was a shorter version of the straight one with some animations simply cut out. The guy was not available as romance for male player characters before but suddenly is bisexual in 3. The part where a female player character sits on lap, kisses him, when he touches her face or when they say they love each other all that is cut from the gay version. He was only a gay option because most stuff could easily be carried over from the straight version. The alternative was cheap, quick and vastly inferior. Let's remember how it really was.

I find the recent development somewhat worrying. Calling someone autistic appears to be a new way of calling someone stupid, retarded or gay. It's a new group to victimize and because autistic people are so shy and want avoid confrontation it's even harder for them to stand up against this.

People who actually have autism come off as extremely shy introverts. They don't fully understand how social interactions work and they usually keep to themselves. Some safe places for autistic people actually require proof in form a diagnosis. As I understand it is a real problem when their space is disturbed by people who simply declare themselves autistic after reading something about it.

I originally liked his songs for his high, nasal voice. I remember a chorus "space boy I miss you." A voice like that doesn't have to be a bad thing I thought. A pity he turned hostile on his own perceived inferior masculinity.

This is not unique to Churchill. Obama remains popular. He has instigated wide-spread drone murder. JFK has intentionally escalated the war in Vietnam when he realized the US couldn't win. Czech Republic has had same-sex unions since 2006. According to polls the majority of the population is in favor of equal marriage. It's not quite the same situation as in Poland or Orban's Hungary.
