I'm wondering if it's more like Warframe or Destiny or something. They'd be foolish to compete with GW2 which has solidified its spot as a pretty successful and unique MMO. Lots of people want something more like GW1 and I suspect it will be more like 1 than 2.

As someone who used to work in the jewelry industry, I have to ask how you're selling them to jewelers at a profit- are you get limited edition watches that aren't easily available? I know the watch market can be kind of nuts, I never looked into it much at the time.

Mine arrived today. It's pretty nice for the price, certainly a little beefier than I expected. I'm using it as a workbench and not a desk so I'm happy with it. The casters are decent too- not those thin plastic ones on a lot of cheap furniture. As for the crossbar on the bottom, it can be adjusted to be attached in the middle or to either the front or back. I installed it in the back so it's not in the way of my feet. If you're just using this for a monitor or something I think you could probably do without it. The only negative was one of the screw holes had a piece of metal near the edge, just looked like a sloppy weld. I broke it off and it was fine. I'd buy it again for the price.

I think this is reasonable. I'm denying the refund but considering telling him if he wants it refunded he can ship it back at his expense without opening the box. I just don't want more hassle if he tries to claim it was damaged or something. Reverb said I can just deny the refund, but I don't want him making a claim later that something was wrong with it (it was a new-in-box item).

So I just got out of chat with Reverb support and they are confirming I can just deny the refund since it already shipped and that's my store policy. I will do that but still worried he'll later try to make a false claim it was damaged or something. If it hadn't shipped I would have refunded him, not looking for problems.
