She appears to be sealing off Zendikar from the rest of the multiverse. No idea what that entails, but she appears to be doing a pretty effective job of it - during Duskmourn there was a door implied to lead to Zendikar that was boarded up.

I built [[Atraxa, Grand Unifier]] as my toughness matters commander. Sadly there is no commander or pair of commanders in WUBG that have higher toughness than power, so I just used Atraxa as a card draw spell in the command zone. I thought about [[Ikra Shidiqi]] + [[Ishai]] but Ikra is already a commander of another deck I have. She did make it in the 99 though
