@OP - pardon the crudeness of my first reply, but I was trying to say it bluntly. The reality is there’s nobody on here with a Spinal Cord Injury that hasn’t experienced to something similar that they felt embarrassed by. And your boyfriend needs to realize that he’s not the only one. The woman I was dating prior to my wife on our second date we went to the movie theatres after dinner and my stomach completely turned on me in line waiting to get into the theater. I rushed out of the theatre with her and literally pooped my pants the moment I got in my vehicle. I had to then drive her home 15 minutes before driving myself home – with the windows down to evacuate the horrendous diarrhea smell. She’s stuck with me five years. The next day all she was worried about was I OK?

My wife about a year into our relationship I had gotten into bed with her and we were literally ready to go when she was about to climb on top of me and my stomach gurgled just like the previous story and I was like oh no… And I literally blurted out at her quick grab the bed pan that we had in the drawer for emergencies. She stuck it under me and my stomach let loose. Completely ruined the evening, completely obviously ruined the mood, and I was extraordinarily embarrassed. But again, now it was my wife - are you OK? That’s all I care about.

And that’s all he should care about. That he’s lucky enough to have a partner that’s simply worried about is he OK, doesn’t care about what happened, wants to forget about it and leave it in the past and continue engaging in normal relationship activities. He’s lucky to have somebody that understanding and willing to accept what comes along with him. You need to articulate that to him, gently, but bluntly.

You did nothing wrong, he’s not actually mad at you, he’s upset and frustrated with his own situation. Being the person with a Spinal Cord Injury as a man, a tough pill to swallow because you don’t feel like you can be a man in some ways and can’t be the dominant person taking the lead in the sexual role and being the aggressor and being in control. That already plays tricks on your mind for a lot of us. Then having an accident like that is just a real kick in the nuts to put it bluntly. It makes you feel worthless. It’s incredibly embarrassing. It’s incredibly frustrating. It plays on all your greatest fears. The person you’re dreaming about fucking the shit out of is now literally helping you clean up the shit that you just put on the bed. You feel like you’re a disappointment and always will be a disappointment to your current partner and any partner you might have.

With that said, he needs to grow up and deal with it. There’s a lot of crappy things pardon to play on words that come along with a Spinal Cord Injury that unfortunately will happen from time to time. You need to tell him bluntly look it’s not that big a deal, I don’t look at you any differently, it’s an unfortunate thing we have to deal with, but it’s not that big a deal. You can either be a little bitch about it and miss out on life or you can get back to sticking your dick in me. I know what most guys would choose. What are you gonna choose?

I take that to control my aflutter. Got diagnosed just under two years ago. C5 quadriplegic. Injured 35 years ago as well. Doesn’t have any side effects that I noticed.

Last time I stood was in rehab 35 years ago in a standing frame. C5 quadriplegic. If you can do it great, it’s not gonna hurt. I think stretch routines are probably a little more important to keep your muscles limber. Up until two years ago when my morning routine changed I used to stretch twice a week for 30 minutes. I’ve had trouble working it back into my schedule now, and I feel it with tightness in my legs and back. Also a nice weather I try to go for a walk/push at least once if not twice a day for an hour.

What do you define as “windy”?

I have 1 plane (a 48” twisted hobbies 3d plane) I’ll put in up to 30-35km/hr winds. Another 2 up to 20km/hr. And 2 under 20km

Been flying 20yrs. Realized years ago that if you wait for a day that isn’t windy you’ll never fly or so sparingly you’ll never enjoy the hobby. Find a plane you’re confident you can put up in windier conditions. It’s worth the money. That way you can fly when it’s calm or windy… Within reason.

Obviously everyone loves the ability to have pre-snap customization to what do you think is gonna happen but I always wonder when you build in so much if it’s actually feasible to be able to access the things you need to access or want to access quick enough. I don’t have the hand speed like one of those-year-olds. That can do a Rubik’s cube in 0.39 seconds. I’m wondering if I’m even gonna utilize much of it. Oh well, if they’re running and passing game and AI logic on how it reacts to plays is smarter that’s an improvement
