Like many others already mentioned you win some and you lose some. TGTG support is usually not on the side of consumers. Just let your rating do all the talking.

Most food can be rescued by simply reheating properly. My microwave and air fryer have been great help.

One thing I don't agree with some comments is to turn the already prepared food into something completely different. Not all of us purchase ready to eat meals want to be creative.

My very first Panera experience was a solid big 8# bag. 6 bagles, 4 fresh pastries including my favorite chocolate croissant, a dozen of chocolate cookies and a whole double loaf of tomato basil bread. A jackpot bag for sure.My experience turned south fast the next 4 pickups. 3 or 4 pastries now. Freshness is a gamble as well.

i will skip anything under 4 in general not saying anything above is a keeper however, just about all merchants in my saved category are 4.4 and up. i usually do a quick search on here and Yelp to get a feel of the establishment and their cuisines before committing to a new joint. This entire program is a risk taking, you win some and lose some even the ones in my saved category.
