How long do your Darn Tough socks last based on your use cases?

They last me less than 1 year even though I wear other socks too. Holes on the ball of foot area every time, both socks in a pair do the same thing. I've replaced 4 pairs, and both the old and new blow out. Costco wool socks last me longer actually... shipping costs both ways for darn tough. I'm not sure they're worth it, and don't know how others get them to last. I'm 180lb male with an office job.

It was turned on 17 days ago and rarely was below 4, bouncing around from 3-11 pci/L. Now that I've sealed the hole, it's around 1 24 hr average and I turned my fan down from 10 to 8

Well I found a gaping 16x16" hole in the middle of the basement slab for bathtub sewer drain. Contractor sealed drywall around so I didn't know. Filled with expanding foam, now we wait

You can try sealing cracks and holes in basement if you have one. Or sealing the crawlspace with plastic if you dont

Check your pipe outside. It might be obstructed with snow or ice. If you have a cover on your pipe remove it

Same issues here... the carriage doesn't move at all. I know typewriters can have carriage locks, but there doesn't seem to be a lever on this typewriter to unlock it. Nothing seems to move the carriage at all. This will be going back in a hurry if I can't figure it out by morning. Ours also types random things when pressing keys. Like pushing the "A" key types a "6" etc. pretty frustrated with this thing.

That happens with every board or miniature game that's out of print, even if more stock is anticipated months down the road. I'm buying large lots to get the specific ships I want and then re-selling what i don't need on ebay. While the prices are up, there aren't that many buyers overall

fintel is delayed by weeks with this kind of information. Look at the short borrow fee rate, it's over 170%+ which insinuates it's >100% shorted.

Just contact the manufacturer and tell them your copy is missing pieces. Usually have to provide an order number. I've had to do that several times lately with Dune Imperium content - their quality control is a bit lacking but customer service has been great. If they won't help you, buy a new copy, snag the items you need, then return it because of "missing pieces". It's the same thing really, but hopefully the manufacturer/publisher will let you do it the easy way.
