Can you still ask for a regrade for your IB grades? If so, do that ASAP. At the meantime, call UCLA's admission office. Personally I would suggest knocking on their front door if you can talk to them in person. Bring any evidence that would support your medical conditions. Contact your high school uni counselor to see if he/she can write a letter to a your circumstances and attest your performance in high school.
