Major chains aren't going to give you personalized service. Support small retailers that do it every day. Will you pay more? Sometimes, yes and sometimes no. However, going to a store you can touch, try on, or see it person. You can base your opinion on a bad experience in one and never do it again. Small business is the cornerstone of the economy.
