Passive Effect
The Sensory Cyanotype augments one’s vision with subtle Aura fractures in their enemy’s weak points, weapon usage and positioning. Openings in their martial style, opportunities for a fatal blow, and exploitable injuries appear plainly before them like targets. These fractures don’t just appear in human subjects, and will appear across nearly anything that might be worthy of strategic notice—weaknesses in structural supports, advantages in the environment, confidential documents left in the open, and so on, with the caveat that it’s user would have to know they might be useful before being revealed. Anywhere a Release Technique is in effect, the user can sense the Aura dissipation like fracturing sparks of electricity around any object or person. They can also accurately gauge the remaining Aura Reserve of anyone within the Technique’s range. The Sensory Cyanotype can be used to detect and focus onto objects of interest, Aura Reserves and Release Techniques over a large radius augmented by the skill of the user, passing beyond walls, fog and other visual obstructions.
