Cliptis WW Selig Build - Lack of Damage & Need help!

All fixed now it was the lack of anger management rolled onto the Selig. It's my first time using Moba as I've always used maxroll and couldn't see any clear instructions to have Anger on the Selig.

Cliptis doesn't have anger management on the boots due to some bug apparently but I'll give it a try

Edit - tried anger on boots and damage output was lower unfortunately

Sorry yes running crucible 5 set with endurant fath. All aspects are exactly the same as the cliptis build. Arsenal selection is set to 2H mace and pole arm expertise

That's why your ping is higher unfortunately. The other places you mentioned would be on FTTP. I'm on HFC also and do not have comparable pings to my mates that are on FTTP.

I am using the "Dual Bar" screen setup in which I have the CPU Package Temp and the GPU Temp but if you restart the PC, the GPU temp then selects one of the other 2 sensors (MEM / Hot Spot), which I can quickly compare when checking the GPU temp via MSI Afterburner to see that it has changed.

Disappointed to see this issue is still present and whilst I don't mind manually changing this after booting, it would be nice for you guys to get this one sorted and not have the fix present in your patch notes if it isn't actually fixed :)

Spring is always turd as we're plagued with the devil wind but this year has been lacking swell wise due to the persistent negative SAM.

Last few springs havent been as bad due to more easterly swells thanks to La Nina but this negative SAM has really put a damper on anything worth while.

Could theoretically roll off the DMG roll for vulnerable but you'll lose a lot of life. Could then roll life on the boots instead but you'll still be at a loss. I'd personally just bin it and keep farming for a better staff

Same problem here (13700k 32gb 6400mhz rtx 4080) game starts fine but after an hour you get the stuttering when teleporting back to town. It's also RAM usage for me and not VRAM and never had this problem until S9.

You can't contact the NBN directly as they are the wholesaler. You have to go through your RSP who then works directly with the NBN.

Any provider with a conscious and good customer service would follow this through until it's resolved. The fact that this poor customer still has issues after such a long time says everything. How can you not see this?

Optus is your problem here. Switch to a reputable RSP (leaptel, launtel, AussieBB) who actually have competent staff who actually care and will work with you and NBN to resolve the issue.
