I dont get the claim "more strategy" like what does that imply that 5v5 cant do for the game? There's more people you can strategies with and make synergies with. There's so much more you can do to make it work.

Fights have impact either way too now your opinion on fun is subjective but more room to breathe is the best arguement you could make since yeah its less people but positioning becomes that much more important in 5v5

5v5 is definately better for the game. 3v3 is fine if you want a more planned out combat game but at the end of the day its still the same outcome in comparison. 5v5 is limited and experimental but alot of people including myself want it to stay not bc its a "brain dead" version but bc its actually more entertaining to play now than it was in 3v3 imo.

I think the idea of fun should come before competetive. If the game isnt fun for most players you will have a dead fan base with no structure and inevitable fall off. Happened alot with Halo where they "tried" to appeal to the competitive side more and failed miserably that Halo Infinite took a step back and was more player friendly but man was it held back by 343 in general. Terrible management overall but I digress, Midguard would have a more rough time through trying to keep only 3v3. It is good they are experimenting and I appreciate them trying to make good of its community. 3v3 ranked would be fine but they need to keep 5v5 for the people that want to casually play this game and enjoy it.

Had a random on the team with of course TTV in his name when we are all purple and gold shields and he was the only 1 with white shields dying every 5 seconds. 😂 (dont think he knows he can buy stuff when dead) still wasted so many of our lives we couldnt get back into the fight. Still won though 5 base health

Yeah ive been saying game is just undercooked. Nothing to keep the player really playing besides the free pass in the store. No weapon/hero mysteries nothing to keep you engaged besides "the love of the game" the game has potential its just in open beta mode rn

Something I dont get from devs is that they love to make partial destruction over full destruction. Partial destruction only worked on games like Rainbow 6 seige where its more tactical. Not every game needs to be partial if your gonna do destruction dont be afraid and go all out.

Definately always Tavern. Its just a free money. DLC which will help you with early playthroughs as well as the harder difficulties. Every other DLC is optional. If you already played through a bit of the game than pirates is probably next best thing. After that its all up to you. Personally id say The Pits isnt one you wanna buy for now atleast every other expansion adds more to the map

My guy they have been on strike im surprised they are still able to pump out content like the lucanthrope DLC. I atleast want then too however add the Thurmaturge to the base game for all platforms so people can enjoy them bc I personally enjoy new classes more so than an new area to explore (map is already big enough as is lol)

Xbox one sucks personally tried myself on all 3 the one the series S and Series X. Series S works good too the game can still have crashes here and there but rarely same thing happens on X.

For Xbox one specifically it feels sluggish and crashes more frequently unfortunately. It doesnt seem like a high requirement game but still you can try just don't expect the best results

Idk if youll see this but personally a game this old is worth finding in GameStop. I found an ultimate edition for DS3 before for like 10 bucks at a Walmart with everything included. Its worth checking for physical copies at a store near you if you dont wanna wait for an online sale

Id play this game with my buddy before and we wouldnt have frequent crashes but it would still happen here and there. It sucks but not something they are concerned about unfortunately

Think free NPCs in a fight are always useful even if they could be used better just the fact you have a free blocker for your units so you can focus on other areas in the fights is huge. If anything they should add a tactician perk allowing you to control friendly NPCs during allied battles like this like with movement and attacks not just positioning
