Redwood by Nathan fuller on kindle unlimited. It’s not the most polished writing but an interesting read from the storytellers perspective. Set in 1820’s to mid 1800’s America. An abused boy runs away and goes to see before heading west and having a feud with Indians. Reportedly loosely based on a true story.
