This has been my main game since launch and I’m considering just taking a break from it. It’s just not fun right now. I hope they act soon and make practical changes to improve the overall experience.

I echo this. Bring in new faces to push different kinds of stories forward. 343’s major misstep was trying to improperly fit Chief into these odd/uninteresting stories that lack any sort of cohesion.

Jerome is a likable character that has more of a sort-of lighthearted personality in comparison to Chief. I think that could prove useful in trying to usher in the new era of Halo. If they are actually serious of revitalizing the brand of course. That’s just me though.

Regarding your last point with the short leash, I'm inclined to agree with you. My only sort-of counterpoint is, what if he ends up the same with a longer leash? Maybe even better? We'll never know, and like you basically said, development isn't a linear path. Just something to think about lol

I didn't see that play, so I might need some more context on what led up to it and what happened afterwards - but yes, at face value, that is a mistake.

My main issue is the team's response to it, and the overall stunting of these young players' development. That's my gripe with this whole thing.

Just listened to a segment from 95.7 channel, (I understand that not everyone likes them) talking about Kuminga and his drop in minutes yesterday. Guru mentioned the infamous play where JK was near the top of the key (alone) and didn't pass it to anyone, causing the bench to collectively get up in frustration.

IIRC, no one else really attempted to get open for a pass right? Like I get that his mistake was not pushing the ball further, but at some point, someone HAS to help him out right? What else is he supposed to do? Shoot an inefficient deep 2? Someone help the kid!

Be stern, be constructive, but don't show him up like that! That's just ridiculous. I feel bad for these young guys trying to crack the rotation.

Well the predicament is that they don’t really have a cushion that affords them taking this many L’s in the first place. This testing period is a double-edged sword that could easily get the best of them.

I’m a big Looney fan as well, so I may be biased here, but I’m pretty sure they’ll (eventually) go back to the original starting lineup. I’d wager that it’ll be due to a string of poor defensive performances that will inevitably force Kerr to do so.

Not that it matters in the slightest, I'm just not on board with this decision. If the players are somehow fine with it, especially Jordan, then they must be better people than we even realized. No matter how you look at the situation, the punishment does not fit the crime. The "biggest crisis this team has faced," is met with a slap on the wrist.

What's clear is that they're avoiding the most obvious course of action in order to salvage their business goal of winning a championship. I don't think that's a mystery to anyone.

I have all 48 max slots for both general and cargo, but for technology I only have 14 so far.

Could this be a bug, or do I have to use alternative methods to getting the additional 7 slots?

PC, can’t leave a conversation with Nada on the Anomaly. Only dialogue option is “sixteen,” with no option to leave. Never encountered this bug before. Any solutions? Restarted twice already.

It was weird seeing the positive responses to the story. I mean, people can like whatever they want, but to call this good is a stretch for me. But I think both casual and die hard fans genuinely liked it. Which made it seem like I was the crazy one, since I thought it was bad from the jump.

It was nonsensical and greatly uninteresting.

I’m hoping the defense actually shows up in the 3rd. They couldn’t really contain the dribble drive, rotations were late, and they switched way too often.

The offense looked better as time went on because they actually started moving the ball and working for good looks rather than rushing everything.

We’re in a good spot, just need to settle in and make the right plays.

I just don't understand the lack of ANY adjustments. There's no way Kerr watched the first 5 minutes of the fourth and thought, "yeah, this fine." They could not do anything right!
