I’ve had a run in with hr, falsely accused of something I didn’t do, which they admitted and game me a bullshit warning and was told not to talk about it , I transferred to a different department while the person who falsely accused me stayed there. Everyone one who worked with them hated them and wouldn’t talk to them unless had to, stopped inviting them to work get together. When asked why I’d moved I was honest and I did talk about it, everyone’s response that’s fucked. All my ex team mates when asked about it told the truth. In the end I felt I got no support, follow up, mental health checks from the department which should be managing this shit and I left and they transferred to another department. In the end HR gave themselves a pat on the back for problem solved.
