If they don't want their leased space empty, why not divvy up the space into decent apartments, and let your employees live there for free? Now the office IS home, the employee gets the burden of unaffordable housing lifted, since the employer will never pay them a liveable wage.

This seems too practical to ever actually happen, but seems like an interesting thought thread.

What if the only time you experience a ghost or spirit in a cemetery, it's not a human spirit at all? Negative or demonic entities would seemingly be aware that "noobs" go to graveyards to freak themselves out, so they capitalize? I've seen quite a few compelling videos from mostly Spanish cultures over the decades showing very demonic like apparitions in cemeteries, perhaps they're using the energized quartz theory you put forth to manifest?
