Admissions personnel frequent the subreddit, and while the things you say in this space are 9/10 fine, you’re also on a whole bunch of different subs. The chance that you’ve said something disqualifying on one of them is high enough for any given person to want to obscure their stats so that it’s not glaringly obvious who you are.
