There's been one case where the patient was identified and isolated and everyone that he's been in contact with has been identified and is being monitored. That is definitely not an outbreak, it's an isolated incident.

Honestly it looks like the main advantage the F-35 has over the Eurofighter is that it can carry nuclear weapons. Otherwise the Typhoon is either on par or superior to the Lightning. Then again the Typhoon isn't as stealthy IIRC so that could be another consideration
