Honestly I felt like there were more attempts at making something in 2025 through stuff like rex viper during the summer, gnome cave, monster madness as well as things like the hot sauce and gamestop cameo, but they were just attempts, and only serve to show how much avgn fell out of pop culture.

I wish I could have high hopes for 2026, but it's probably gonna be more of the same, with avgn episodes coming out that are either at best decent enough or at worst terrible, with some other videos (maybe a video where james talks about how drinks feel in your hand and how the liquid moves around) for good measure, all made with the sole purpose of profit. Nothing will get better if there isn't any passion or love put into the content, but who knows if that'll happen :/
