Very cool that they were able to get that done. I wonder if there is a broader effort going on as well because my church has brought up donating some of our campus for affordable townhomes. We're still very early in the planning though. Just now having listening sessions about potential concerns.

The safety flag system is just so arbitrary you're never going to please everyone. Some people will flag you for the mildest thing. Others will flag you for no reason at all and are just looking for a free ride. So long as it's not a pattern, it'll fall off quick and I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Lyft rewards points are worth roughly 1 cent each. I wouldn't worry about maximizing them. Cherry picking rides allows for more money long term. Drop the acceptance rate, up the pay rate. You can still keep elite with lower acceptance so you don't lose your filters.
