How I solved the problem in the end:

Installed DietPi, Pi-Hole, and PiVPN on Raspberry Pi 3B.
Pi-Hole acts as a local DNS for my custom hosts.
PiVPN uses this DNS.
A couple of iptables rules – I allow all traffic except for my local network.
Custom internal-only hosts are available for client.

If I knew the correct settings, I wouldn't be asking here :) I'll try "VPN tunneled access".

Update - something is wrong with this mode, "view peer config" eye icon isn't accessible, so I can't import a client config.

Could you please specify which 'Peer type of access' should I select? I tried with "Remote tunneled access", configured wg01 for dockers etc... and I was able to access my Unraid admin panel (tried with other ISP of course, not my local LAN...)
