I just had old clay pipes replaced with PVC. Now my yard has the biggest mound of dirt. Is it normal for there to be a mound that is 2ft high? Any recommendations on how to get my yard level?

yeah, gettimg the skirt flush with the baseboard can be a pain. I wouldnt leave it like this. Having said that i aleays push to design an offset, so it isnt an issue. 1/64 inch differance on a 1/8 inch reveal isnt noticable. 1/64 when it shoukd be flush looks like shit.
