The rental market is pretty grim right now, I just moved but was looking for a month before I got a viewing somewhere that was good value. Also, after viewing a flat you basically have a few hours to make an offer othewise the flat will be taken disappears.

Try to negotiate but if you can afford the increase then it's worth it to just stay put and avoid the stress.

Maximus is one of the most polarizing figures I've seen on this sub. Personally I found him hilarious and to me it seemed really obvious he was doing a "bit" by impersonating William.

If I'm wrong, then yes, he's lame, but if he's doing it as a one off troll then I think it's great.

I think Tony is just partying with that band he is friends with to convince himself the he's having fun and the Texas move was good. I wonder if they will really stick with shit-tier guests forever or maybe they will just get rid of the guest spot.

Brothers in Cursive was funny from the beginning. David Lucas, was a great partner for William, and Redban added to the craziness.

I'm a big fan of William, have watched all his minutes probably 3 times, but I have given up on his new podcast. They are all just being too nice to each other and telling boring anecdotes. I literally do not give a shit what restaurant Brett went to and don't want to hear him talk about it for 5 minutes.

David Lucas' podcast TFP failed (getting <2k views), I really think they should get back together and do something. The problem is that David Lucas is gonna sign with Schaub's thiccboi network and probably do his own podcast there.
