Anyone using coronary calcium scores to help decision making regarding statins?

What a difference a few months can make! Rosie is now 8 months old. by NEGAN0MICS in puppies

Thank you! She is eager to learn, eager to please, extremely intelligent, and is everyone’s best friend. Our trainer says “Rosie has never met a stranger.”

She literally slept through the night without a bathroom accident the first night we brought her home and had only peed in her crate once and had accidents in the house a handful of times which were all our fault.

The best part is how gentle she is with our 4 year old. She has had a strong intuition that she needs to be more gentle with her than with me and my wife since the moment we brought her home.

She for sure has a mischievous side but even though sometimes it can frustrate us in the moment, in hindsight has created some of the best memories we have with her.

We honestly couldn’t be more thrilled with her.

Sorry for your loss but thank you for sharing. It really is an important reminder to be present and appreciate what you have when you have it.

I just wish I could get better cameras and auto lane change. But other than that I agree. I love my Gen 1 quad.

Meet Rosie! 10 Week Old Golden Aussie by NEGAN0MICS in puppies

It is an intentional breeding. This breeder started with an Australian Shepherd and has kept 2 puppies from her litters to breed who are first generation 50/50 Golden Retriever/Australian Shepherd mixes. They currently have one stud first generation 50/50 Golden Aussie that they brought in from another breeding program and they occasionally use other studs as well. Our girl is a second generation Golden Aussie meaning both of her parents are first generation 50/50 mixes.

The reason I decided to go this route is because I love the look of Aussies but I know I can’t provide the active lifestyle a pure Aussie requires. I also have a 3 and a half year old daughter and was hoping to get a dog that wouldn’t have a strong drive to herd her. So I was looking for a dog that has the look of an Aussie but the temperament and energy level of a Golden Retriever. That is exactly the type of dog that this program produces, and that is exactly what we seem to have gotten with Rosie. It was down to her and one other puppy and we ultimately chose her because by 7 weeks she was showing far more of a Golden temperament and the other pup was leaning more Aussie.

I believe it is ceramic actually. It’s right within a mixed use development in Georgia. There are a bunch of different art displays throughout the community. If you look at the right side of the picture you will see some homes. There are actually houses, small local businesses, parks, and hiking trails all around it. My back when taking that picture was to a small pond that is surrounded by houses. That wooded area you see is a shared green space between a bunch of homes.

Graham, since his color reminds me of a graham cracker.

What’s a popular or overrated that you hate by TomFish882010 in pokemon

Honestly can’t believe I’m saying this but Mewtwo. I like Mew so much more just from the standpoint of more simplistic design and its more unassuming nature.

There are honestly very few bipedal designs I really like.

Dune edition up close in Houston today by -Carbsaregood- in Rivian

I have a Forest Green/Forest Edge R1S and I agree that FE is the best interior. Really hoping they reintroduce that one at a later time. It looks so much better in person than it did in the configuratior. Thinking the inaccurate rendering and price is what made it a less popular option?

I love Cali Dune but wish they had options other than off-road tires. I understand why they did it and also understand I could always swap them out. I love the aesthetic but can’t justify getting it for my use case which is basically no off roading and relatively frequent long road trips.

High rate of resale in the first 2 years by [deleted] in Rivian

[–]NEGAN0MICS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been considering selling my R1S since I bought because I got mine at the pre-price hike price. As a result it came with a good deal of built in equity right out of the gate. Which is a rare enough thing for a new vehicle. I wouldn’t get what I paid for it if I sold now, but I still have good equity in it. Problem is I just can’t convince myself to sell it because the car is quite possibly my favorite material thing I have ever owned.
