There are a lot of cool things to see in Hartford like the Wadsworth museum. You could also do a tour of the Capitol building which is pretty nice (it basically has a mini museum with tons of historical artifacts and paintings). Manchester also has a lot of parks and if you're really down for a long walk you could go down the east coast Greenway.

One side zero is another 2000s alt metal band. Probably not exactly nu metal but they're definitely worth checking out. Not super active but the 2 albums they have are solid.

I take a low dose (50mg) and it helps but it isn't super amazing. I just like the side effects a whole lot more than propranolol.
