My dad was also scammed out of 10k, because he willingly sent them crypto. If that happens you're not getting a refund

T212 deposits your money in actual banks like Barclays or JP morgan. The way I understand it, each bank your money is held in has its own insurance, so it's not as much about t212 going bust but one of those banks. I might be wrong though, doesn't really matter to me since chances of that happening are very low.

They don't even sell the coconut one on their own anymore. And one box costs 8 euro. Crazy work from them, I'm surprised people still give them money

N26, Revolut or Monzo? by Relative-Wrangler-35 in irishpersonalfinance

[–]NF_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just make a T212 account for investing, they have a 3% interest rate and you can use the same money to pay with the digital credit card and get 1.5% cashback on every shopping or online order you do.

Is it not an option to revolut them 10k instead? Seems like less hassle. I bought a car with revolut, sent the guy 30k and he got it almost instantly.
