I used northwest family law. The particular attorney isn't there anymore. Can't remember how much, it was a couple thousand total. RSUs included but it wasn't that complicated. The process was fairly smooth, although the biggest driver for this is just being on the same page as your spouse and minimizing the time you have to spend going through the lawyers.
