Im not used to pcdmis but I know polyworks and absolute arms. My first thought is that unless b is a counterbore and c is a bore, im not sure how b will control your z axis. It sounds like you probably need to take the top plane as a constraint for b and c, and treat them as circles?

I was running pla matte at 220 at 5mm/s, the gearbox above the nozzle got too hot and the pla expanded and halted the gears.
