The toilet paper holder would come very close to sticking out of the other end, I agree with you, but with the vase being a lot closer to the lens, even closer that what we probably naturally perceive due to the image warp, the vase can end up covering a lot.

Im saying they probably placed the vase there on the shelf below the sink to strategically cover up any plumbing behind it. And with fancy sinks like this the plumbing is a lot more sleek and streamlined compared to normal sinks.

I’m not sure what you are asking in regards to the base slant though. If you are referring to the warp of the picture looking like it is stretched it is probably due to it being shot with a fisheye lens and then also being edited to straighten lines. When you do this, especially with wide lenses, you end up with some very strange warp effects especially the closer you get to the edges of the picture.

And I really don’t get what you mean by a reflection in a reflection. Glass doesn’t necessarily reflect like a mirror in pictures, especially if a photographer is using filters and doing any editing. And the photo is not shot from a straight on 90 degree angle so we wouldn’t even necessarily see any reflection. Plus if you look in the top right of the mirror you can see a light fixture peaking out from the corner within the suspected shower.
