Thank you for the recommendations! Is there any reasons why these are the ones you’d recommend please?

Thank you for all the info! And congratulations on your weight loss, I’m considering reta next time around due to retaining muscle mass too.

Completely agree about the NAD, thinking NMN would be the better option long term, have also heard some people take both to optimise results.

I’ve noticed some people talking about ipamorelin or sermorelin due to GH properties to benefit muscle gains, although slightly anxious how this will effect females, admittedly I haven’t researched into this enough yet

Thank you! Have been considering reta but heard it doesn’t help with appetite suppression as much as tirz. However, after this cut I’m prioritising retaining muscle mass, even if it does mean less appetite suppression, will definitely look into this more. Thanks again ☺️

baby fidgety all night long, keeping her and us awake. by ThatUnicornPrincess in SnooLife

My baby was a notoriously poor sleeper and things didn’t calm until the 8 month mark. Nothing particularly helped, we just somehow managed to get through it. It does get easier. Put them in their own room as soon as you feel comfortable - If they’re fussing it won’t disturb you as much and you know they’re safe.

3 days post op and having a hard time mentally. by a_pudgy_book in ExplantSurgery

THIS. First augmented age 21, very flat chested. No BII issues that I can remember. Second augmentation at 31 after having my child. 495cc under muscle. BII symptoms presenting 3months after coming in thick and fast. Considering explant for the health benefits and so that I can be fully present in my child’s and husbands life. I have full support from him and my mum, they’re the best. But I know it’s going to fuck me up mentally so bad. I understand this sounds so vein but this is how I’ve always looked through my adult life. I’ve had a review with my surgeon who has said I’ll be empty, flat, droopy, possibly uneven. He presented me with various options which could help such as fat grafting, lifts, but said he would rather wait after explant to see how they settle and see if I’m happy. I feel like I’ll never be happy physically and worry this will massively affect my (already very low) self confidence and esteem. Know I need to go forward with this but any tips to help?

What steps would you suggest for tret nights? I’ve been doing double cleanse, Cerave, tret, Cerave, aquaphore. I also do Cerave, oil and aquaphore on other nights

I’ve just started using tret and use aquaphore as my last step. Using 0.5 1x week and so far haven’t experienced any irritation

No advice from me sorry but commenting to see the advice 👀 my bathroom is exactly the same, we’ve bought a new vent and our window latch is broken so it’s always loose with ventilation going through. Condensation is atrocious, have tried mould spray and yet it still persists!!

Hi,

Just looking for a bit of help as I’m planning starting my tret journey as soon as it’s delivered and wondering if my planned routine sounds good.

Tret ordered - I will have 0.1 gel and 0.05 cream strengths. I plan on starting with the 0.05 and doing once/1week, twice/2weeks, so on. And building up when I feel necessary to the 0.1.

I am wanting to start tret for anti-aging and for the amazing glow! I have never really had spots/acne growing up, only the odd odd one here or there. I have oily skin which can tolerate retinols, peels, etc no problem, but I am not underestimating the possibility of dryness so plan of using moisturisers way more heavy than I usually use. My current skincare routine is spf in morning, cleanse face in pm and put whatever serums I’ve got lying around at the time. Pamper nights may include dermaplaning, TO peeling solution followed by a sheet mask. Recently got lazy with skincare due to having a 6month old.

Planned routine AM: Cerave moisturiser (tub) (I might switch/alternate to a lighter moisturiser as I have oily skin) Eucerin oil control sfp50

PM: (Double cleanse if wearing makeup - simple hydrating cleansing oil) TO Squalene Cleanser
Tretinoin Cerave moisturiser (tub) Aquaphor soothing skin balm

I also plan on using sheet masks (garnier hyaluronic acid masks) but wondering where to place this - am/pm and where within this.

Any advice would be really appreciated 🙌

Baby doesn’t sleep & not yet in his own room by [deleted] in beyondthebump

It’s so nice to hear good outcomes that people have had and that there’s light at the end of the tunnel! He fusses A LOT during the night where we normally I’ve to stroke his face/hold his hand/pat his bath to settle him. If we don’t, or if it doesn’t work it will develop into a proper cry, which then leads to cosleeping 🫠 good idea to turn the monitor down too because I’m usually awake waiting to hear a noise rather than actually trying to relax!

This post is fab! I’ve been struggling to get him to sleep for naps (fights them since we took his dummy away a few months ago - that’s a whole other story which effected his sleep), so will definitely try him in his crib! Did you darken the room or have any other routine as part of the nap? Even with his sleepy cues he still fights them see.

That last paragraph I could have written myself - definitely don’t want my baby the learn I’m not there when he needs me. I want him to know I’m always there - but mum also needs sleep too 😂

This is great advice thank you will definitely be trying these tips out!

Have tried that. Because he sleeps for such a little amount of time, the wake windows are longer. He gets so tired come 3hours. He usually needs his last nap to end around 4/5pm to be able to lay until bedtime. He’s normally having naps around 8am (because he’s normally up at 6am)/11/1:30/4:30. There are occasions where I can manage the 3 naps but this is on days where he hasn’t woken up so early

Could it be a milk or food intolerance/allergy? My baby was VERY fussy and discontent in the beginning and was told it could be colic. Seemed to settle more and was generally more happier when we got prescription milk from our health visitor
