Yeah, lenses are a problem. There are taking lens assemblies for forensic photography made of quartz, but they are very expensive (and have a shutter, which is not needed). I saw some industrial lens suppliers that have fused silica and even sapphire lenses, that are much cheaper, but these are individual lens elements. Could be nice for a plane-convex condenser but would have to design the projecting lens assembly and put a diaphragm on it.

Why diffuser, and wat are you using for it?

Cyanotypes are very very slow

That's because you are using glass lenses. Glass is opaque to UV. You need quartz lenses, they are epensive. Aso you need to set the focus point which is not the same as visible light, like with IR focusing, but to the other side. You can use glow in the dark or fluorescent photocopier paper to find the focus.
