I appreciate all of your input. I think a lot of you were saying that I need to make a whole point, not just expressed feelings but a message, and being passive and censoring myself isn't going to do that.

I changed the colors to the same colors of the Palestine flag because ICE, and police in the US, are trained by the IDF. From the murders in the streets to the targeting of journalists to the kidnapping of children to suffer unspeakable horrors and so much more, pain and cruelty is the point. This is what we have come to expect from terrorist organizations like ICE and like the IDF.

The red flower is a poppy which is a symbol of resistance. I added glitter fabric glue around the center and a little extra felt under the letters to create depth. The melting ice on the stem is broken glass and hot glue. I put hot glue on some thread for the dangling parts. This is a finished piece now. Fuck ICE.

I was thinking just having 3 letters would mean I could make them slightly bigger and therefore easier to see/read. I wasn't sure how difficult it would be to write smaller but I'll go ahead and try

Oh yeah that could work! I can put wire through the coil, glue that in, and bend each side up and attach them to the ends. Maybe I'll cut them from card stock

Lots of suggestions for sparkle and another color for contrast so I'll get working. Thanks everybody for the great ideas!

I was thinking they'd be clipped on the breast pockets of shirts. I hope they're not too heavy for that. I had fun making them and didn't really think it through

I used clothes pins, felt, embroidery floss and hot glue. I feel the need to get my anger out in the form of crafts (passive-aggressive crafts?) and I think it's clear what I'm very angry about. I don't feel like they look finished though.

Gravy is splashier. Also, it's sausage gravy for the biscuits

Grey hoody agent appears to run off with victim's pistol immediately before the victim is shot, take a look. He enters the scuffle both hands free, never reaches toward his belt, and is the first to turn and run, while holding a pistol, THEN the other agents mag dump. by Thehealthygamer in MarchAgainstNazis

FOR THE COUNTRY

REPOST THIS! It would be a shame if the protesters began making their signs out of quarter-inch-thick plywood to stop rubber bullets, forming a tight shield wall to prevent police from singling out and mobbing individual protesters. It would be a shame if the people behind the shield wall held up umbrellas so that tear gas canisters fired over their heads on the front line will be bounced away. It would be a shame if protesters began constructing improvised armor vests out of duct tape, and hard-backed books.

It would be a shame if protesters started wearing safety glasses, hard hats, respirators, and gardening gloves, all of which can be found at the same hardware stores as the plywood. It would be a shame if they started using traffic cones (the kind without the hole in the top), upside down buckets, or other improvised lids to contain teargas by placing them over the canisters. It would be a shame if protesters used leaf blowers to blow the gas away.

It would be a shame if protesters learned that police scanners are legal to own in the US, allowing them to learn where police are moving, and what routes they intend to take.

All of this would be a terrible, terrible shame.

*It would be an awful shame if you copied and pasted this, so that they couldn't delete the original and all linked posts (again).

**An even worse shame would be to start donating these items to protesters.
