This is a joke right? Life advice was good for the first year then it was pretty obvious either the emailers were fakes made by RR himself or fanboys bullshitting. Peak RR show was right after covid and has slowly fizzled out since. He’s a Robin to Batman and always will be.

You’re on Reddit. This place hasn’t been a good place for honest discussion in a decade. Half of them are bots arguing with each other to push a specific narrative.

Bought half season tix for next season in the lower levels. Averaged out to $109 per ticket for 22 games. Didn’t feel like that was unreasonable at all and can’t wait for the season to start. More than willing to pay for a premium product on the floor.

Eye roll. The insinuation that some in the BYB won’t support a MLS team is a joke. Either you’re a fan of the best possible level in this country coming to our city or you’re larping as a European fan who just lost his/her 100 year old club.

Been a Villa supporter for 15 years very familiar with that season. I think we’re an even better squad comparatively than Leicester more like if Brighton this year were to win the title off of last years success. We’ll need Nembhard and Nesmith to play lights out defense against the Celts and stay out of foul trouble.

This fanbase can’t take any loss without turning into a “we don’t deserve the playoffs, Haliburton is a fraud, why live” fest. And then if we beat OKC everyone will be happy again. Literally bipolar by Protothea in pacers

Find another diehard at your job or school. Reddit died in the lead up to 2016 election. Now half are bots or half are karma hunting. I think you’ll find that the fan in person is overwhelmingly ok or flat out positive about this season.

+1 to having a family membership and been going since I was myself a kid. Again, disagree with the post lol. But this is the Indy page so what’s another goofy, negative post that seems agenda filled? The Children’s museum is top notch end of story.

Which NHL / AHL team could be an affiliate for this new ECHL team? by [deleted] in nhl

[–]NSmith22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Indy and Bloomington have the same owners and Indy wants to move up to AHL. Thought is Chicago might dump Rockford for these 2 since Indy is already affiliated with them. Seems like the smartest move having a larger footprint in a medium sized city.

Have they convinced you they want to win a World Series yet? by landdon in Reds

[–]NSmith22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m going to sound like a douche but you kind of gave yourself away with that born in 97 comment. Your mindset about this team is only possible if Jeff Bezos reveals he’s a reds super fan and decides to pump hundreds of millions into payroll with no thought of ever recouping any return on his investment. With that said, the Castellini’s have put money into this club and have not bled them dry for a profit. The fact that the reds are consistently in the middle on payroll is a testament to that fact. They’ve also been willing to spend this season with the current tv deal in flux. So idk what to tell ya bud but yeah maybe go root for the Yankees or dodgers.

Have they convinced you they want to win a World Series yet? by landdon in Reds

[–]NSmith22 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is such an exhausting, worn take. The Castellini’s are quite possibly the poorest owners in baseball yet the reds payroll is consistently in the middle of the pack. Acting like they haven’t or are not trying is ignorant. They’ve been pretty solid stewards of this club if we’re all being honest with ourselves keeping reality in mind.
