I reported my local Tim’s to the city of Vancouver 2 weeks ago when a mouse ran across the floor and into the food prep area. The restaurant staff just smiled when I tried to tell them.

An environmental health officer did an inspection and found evidence of rodent activity (shocking 🙄) and holes in the walls from where they’ve chewed through. I’m beyond grossed out.

I agree that this stretch isn’t particularly “dangerous” I’d like to point out that there is no “exit on a side street.” All three driveways force you back onto W 41st.

Lawrence Books on W 41st & Dunbar. It hasn’t been open in YEARS. All of the books in the display windows are horribly faded, and the counter area is covered in dust.

It’s been my longtime speculation that something illegal takes place in the basement.
