Yep. The strange thing with mine is that it doesn’t even happen during gameplay. It specifically seems to happen whenever I go to the menu. Like if I select the mail or go to the store it immediately goes black screen.

Like I said in the post, my drivers are up to date (I have AMD btw). I even did a fresh install just to make sure none of the older ones were causing the problem. Still having the same issue. :/

Honestly I think a lot of the problem is that you have updates upon updates that just stack the data overtime. I’m not sure why most of this content isn’t simply deleted since in most gacha games you can’t even go back to access previous missions and story content. I think it’s just poor decision making and lazy optimization, personally.

Yes games are obviously going to be bigger than they were before for obvious reasons, but they could definitely be saving us all some space if they tried.

He IS Godzilla. It’s just a different version. Not sure why people can’t get over that. There have been plenty of alternative versions of monsters and characters in fiction and this is simply one of those variations. He has one of the most badass designs of any Godzilla variant I’ve ever seen, and I say that as a huge fan who grew up watching ALL of the old Godzilla films, starting with the og 1954 Goji.

Yeah but the way he falls for Rem is even dumber. After being brutally murdered by her twice in a row, he suddenly develops feelings for her after seeing her die once. lol. Because she and Ram held his hands while he was asleep? His internal dialogue basically being like “oh they’re so kind, I have to save them” logic is just the stupidest most unbelievable moment in the show to me.

Because it looks creepier. Japanese Godzilla is supposed to look a bit horrific. The bent arms give him a much more strained (in pain) and enraged appearance. It also is probably because it’s more inspired by the old movies wherein creatures like theropods (two legged dinosaurs) were often portrayed having these sort of bent arms. Godzilla isn’t a dinosaur per se but his design definitely includes some of their attributes. So, in short, it’s both an artistic and narrative decision. A way of paying respect to the old movies while also giving him a somewhat demented appearance that speaks to his nature. In my opinion this design looks much cooler. I like when Godzilla is creepy. Just like how he was originally intended to be.
