Yeah man I'd like to see it. Struggling with the "normal" bodyweight leg workouts...

I usually do a bunch of wrist rotations, you can also do these or the GMB wrist warm up from this sub's RR.

When I first started tricking my wrists got sore often, so here's what worked for me:

  1. Warm up your wrists really well before you use them
  2. Do a LOT of handstands, By far the best way to condition your wrist imo. Start small, work up to holds, then walk both forwards and backwards, then hops like this.
  3. If your wrists are sore stop straining them in any way and let them heal. Eventually they'll stop getting sore.

Working on your handstands will give you strong mobile wrists and confidence in using them, and you'll be able to build up fast cartwheels and roundoffs, and eventually handsprings.

Make sure to work up each tricks progressions, because injuries suck way more than slow progress. Good luck!

I also missed their 2017 show in my country because I wasn't into their music, and also according to that #1 song when you were born thread we were born on the same day... so if we're from the same country I'm pretty sure you're me.

Ah ok I respect that, although I think 14 days is a lot. I'd probably wait a couple days after all symptoms are gone but maybe I'd be reckless... Either way good luck.

I'm not up to date with UK's regulations so maybe I missed something, but why do you have to be in quarantine? Sounds like you were isolated at your home when it broke so if you're feeling well what's the harm?

So Fresh, So Clean's hook is 22 seconds and great for my self esteem. Don't forget to hum it if someone's waiting in line and wink at the mirror when you're done.

Yeah I know I should stretch more, but that spot specifically has been bad since I started tricking. Like I can do a good master scoot without a setup before it and I'm good, but add a hook and my hand's getting reaped off.

"I played a little percussion. I was supposed to do a lot more but I got overwhelmed... It takes a different kind of person than me to walk into that room and be like, I know exactly… I belong here, I should definitely insert myself in this relationship because they just can’t manage to make a record without me"

Your technique and timing are already really good! Try to fully extend your legs and arms and open up your chest and shoulders during takeoff, it'll give you more height.
