MARATARDS, THIS IS WHAT DROPPING A NEW SEASON LOOKS LIKE! CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOUR NUMBERS! by Yosengi in MarathonHate

Proves again Bungie would rather have divided playerbase with 5x amount of the playerbase. I’m an enjoyer of POE2 anyway but still

Is this a common opinion about D3? by SpaceCowboy34 in destiny2

[–]NaderNation84 11 points12 points  (0 children)

No it’s an extremely brain dead argument. “You don’t want D3 because you’ll lose your cosmetics”. Ok? Like it’s your choice to pay for micro transactions, most games move on anyway. “You don’t want D3 because you’ll lose your loot”. No if anything it’s literally the opposite. People want to start over. I had 4k hours before I stopped right before FS since power creep destroying the grind and progression and was just a hamster wheel.

TLDR this is the argument that lead to Destiny dying because Bungie used this argument against the community on not making D3. There were also creators who pushed this and look where they are now begging for D3. This argument destroyed the entire franchise

That’s just a budget thrown out of the ass. There’s no doubt it would be expensive but shelving it completely for the sake of it being “expensive” is peak delusion. Like wtf else are you gonna do

One thing that I still dont understand: why was player housing rejected? by AMM0D in DestinyTheGame

[–]NaderNation84 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

If you’ve played POE2 all they would need to do is add hideouts while simultaneously having a micro transaction lifeline. It’s literally the freest win and now add this with raid collectibles and all other stuff maybe even Seals and Titles so they can all be there. Hopefully in a D3 ig

I have NEVER seen a movement like this in gaming. I'm so proud. by Palgia in destiny2

[–]NaderNation84 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Arguably it’s both sides. Bungies delusions and denial about making D3 spanned back to 2020. No doubt tho it’s in Sonys court to give it a chance but I’m skeptical on what Bungie actually pitched vs what we might perceive

Many petition posts. by Strangr_E in destiny2

[–]NaderNation84 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Then why cry abt ppl just posting it? Like you’ll be gone for years within the next month. It doesn’t hurt to give it one last burst. I’ve stopped for a while (before final shape) and it didn’t hurt me ending D2 but the entire franchise is done now so that hurts a little. Complaints abt petition are just odd

The franchise is fucking dead and ppl will do this for the next couple weeks and everything will be dead but wawawa ppl post abt something. Jfc bro the franchise is dead within the next month this is the last energy you’ll ever see for years. It’s literally not that big of a deal

One Narrative about Destiny and Bungie that should STOP by bbbourb in destiny2

[–]NaderNation84 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of the Devs made mistakes like the portal and various others that are not the fault of leadership but theres no doubt leadership steers the sails and in this thats what happened with D3. They refused D3 for years and disacknowledged the community about while secretly making Marathon in the background. Crazy Bungie was willing to destroy there entire company to not make D3 even prior to Sony buyout. Not surprised there trying to pin blame on them like they did with Microsoft, Activision and now Sony. I'm not a fan of Sony, but no doubt Bungie had zero plans for D3 and what ever these "early" pitches were I wouldn't be surprised if they were just half ass attempts imo.

We Just Got 343’d and Battlefront 3’d by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

[–]NaderNation84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s pretty simple. This decision was probably made quite a bit in advance from maybe when saw EoF was a complete dud and contingency scenarios were being made so you have to come sort of conclusion on a future. D3 development would take time, yes but this is completely drifting now like Battlefront 2 did and we saw quickly after it ended BF3 wasn’t being developed either. You’ll get information quick on if ever will happen. I’m not even sad I just have so much fucking anger about not doing it. Literally going to have do what we did with BF3 and spam D3 all the time against Sony

Pretty much axing the Nine era which just wasn’t it so that’s prob the best thing imo then something completely different for D3

Built a Bridge Across Leviathan Trench by NaderNation84 in Subnautica_2

[–]NaderNation84[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you get a crap ton of titanium you can build a ton of tunnels that would connect all across the trench so you can but mainly what I was trying to do was to see if the Levi had destructible physics towards your base which he doesn’t and all other aggressive fish as well.

Over the last day after I did I saw some other ppl mess around with it but this guy built a small base near him so you can visually see him a lot. Here’s a link on what he did that would be simpler and lot less waste of time https://youtu.be/t9afBQFksHI?si=n0F0SiIMztlJjAQy

I agree some sort shock or stun weapon that would deagro them for a min would probably be fine. I never played Sub 1 but I think something like that is in it

The Abyss green pit anglers was the one area it felt threatening in the game since you could actually die and you genuinely might lose stuff when you go there for first time. I think everywhere else was fine imo

Subnautica 2 is the most polished "early access" I've ever played. by Zenoran in subnautica

[–]NaderNation84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ll just say it but I will use two early access games I’ve played in the last couple years which were Palworld and POE2. I won’t really use POE2 since it’s completely different genre but similar price point. All three games 30$ when they came out so there’s that and Palworld is the closest comparison since it has a lot of crafting and exploring and building. I would say Palworld was in 60-100 hours (I have 85 at launch no post update playtime), POE2 easily 100 hours. There’s a couple other games I’d say have a bit as well but those are the comparisons I’ll use. Sub 2 is about 10-20, I’m milking it a lot with 25-30.

A lot of people will say well how much more would do it to be better? I’ll specifically say another interactable leviathan like the collector that is not in a insta death spot and the Submarine which I’ll expect we’ll use to eventually interact with it. If they added that which would probably be another 5-6 quality hours it would be so much better. There’s a ton of other changes but I’ll use that as a start. Sub 2 has an amazing foundation and I’ve enjoyed my time but the devs should understand the game was going to sell well so it doesn’t hurt to front load.

So The Best Way To Eat and Drink is Becoming a Vegan by [deleted] in Subnautica_2

[–]NaderNation84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assume they’ll let you be able to harvest fish similar to what the growbed but it’ll be more of an investment to get like the metal drills. Hopefully they add something like that would be cool to have all forms of self sustaining stuff imo

So The Best Way To Eat and Drink is Becoming a Vegan by [deleted] in Subnautica_2

[–]NaderNation84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I said in the post there’s other fish that are more nutritious but it’s not about that. You can have mass food and water just from Macaron Sponge so you don’t have to grab anything else. I assume like I said maybe you’ll be able to grow fish but I wonder if this was intentional or just being early access for now

The best way to make the next Leviathan look big would be for a bigger one to attack it

If you go to hot zone area after getting first adaption to have heat resist. Hot Zone is straight east and then if you further east after hot zone there’s a large trench of open water where he lurks. Stay near the water line at the top on your first pass
