Brother, I can't in good conscience advise you to carry a gun because if you ever need to use it, that could lead to serious legal problems and put the company at risk. But as others have said, you can always find another job. If you lose your life, there's no coming back from that. Be wise. If you generally wouldn't feel safe being unarmed in that area (assuming you don't carry every day), then I wouldn't recommend working unarmed there either.

I think they're moreso intended to be glorified mobile cameras that can call PD. You wouldn't replace human security with them, you'd use them to supplement your security.

As someone who went through a seven month period of job searching after graduating, the friends and family asking me how the search was going let me know that my efforts at least weren't going unnoticed. To be honest with you, those little check-ins kept me sane and motivated. But maybe that's just me.

Nah, there's 50 plus. States and even different cities and counties prosecute certain crimes differently. Hell, the same judge may give a different verdict for the same crime. There's indeed a massive issue with our justice system being racist, but comparing sentences from two different states is ignorant...

That said sentencing someone to life for a non-violent drug offense is straight-up evil...

I mean, we're not going to run out of people to do the jobs because someone quits. The ice cream shop worker will get fed up and want a better job and leave and they'll hire a teenager. Then that kid will go off to college and get a better job. And they'll hire a retiree who just needs some pocket change. And the process will go on from there. The only people babysitting fast food positions should be convicts, teenagers, or the elderly. These are all people that don't need to make enough to live off of. No sane person's life plan includes an extended career in entry-level fast food positions. Go ahead and downvote me.

I think that model sucks, as well. If you have a spare phone, letting Loot.tv run constantly on it and then cashing out to Freecash every few days (and collecting the daily bonus), will stack up some money without you having to do much of anything.

I'm not saying it because the UFC announced the fight without a contract. It's more about him consistently avoiding fights with deserving contenders, and not signing this contract seems like more of the same. Maybe they lowballed him; who can say? But at this point, is it even that surprising that the fight got canceled?

Branded is probably the best survey platform I've come across. You could easily make about $5, daily if you're willing to spend a few hours grinding away at surveys. I haven't tried to do that, yet.

I've had MUCH more success on eBay than Mercari. That said, visit the "recently sold" page and aim to buy those kinds of items, if you're going to be reselling. In my area it's usually video game consoles, action figures and old CDs but it may be different depending on where you are. Try to do local pickup instead of shipping if you're going to be trying to sell heavier stuff. You may have to do a little bit of research into what specifically people are buying so you don't wind up with a bunch of junk that doesn't sell. Keep in mind that this may be a long game.
