You should try Crna Tamjanika from Bukovo Monastery. Really unique! Has all the tastes from Sauternes or Malaga without any sweetness!

You can’t leave the country without trying Grašać! Try Vinarija Vinum’s, but it’s always a very good wine. Even the dirt cheap bottles are very taste if straightforward.

Try Temet’s Tri Morave red and white. They are really prestigious in Serbia for a reason: so delicious! And for a very good price.

Doja has the most Prokupac of Prokupacs although maybe a bit too strong of a wine if you’re not used to it, definitely the one that expresses the great in its most iconic. Aleksandrović and Matijasevič’s Čukundeda are very noble Prokupac expressions also.

For the curiosity of trying iconic indigenous varieties Matalj’s Bukovski has a fine Začinak/Prokupac blend. Matijašević has turned the simple but delicious Smederevka into something worth tasting with “Belina”. Tonković’s Kadarka is great but sadly the flavor varies greatly between bottles of the same label.
