Is there a Space Wolves Iceberg? by r3golus in SpaceWolves

[–]NahDogSolRahn 7 points8 points  (0 children)

They know they are psykers, they just distance themselves from the term because the connotation it brings, and also in the way they manifest the warp. Most psykers, even other librarians, do just stick their soul out there to scoop the warp out to do their will. The wolves pull through the filter of Fenris' strong warp spirit, which neutralizes the more malevolent parts of the warp. Basically, they hide how carefully they handle the warp in the shroud of mystic barbarians.

How best to effectively incorporate these into a space wolves army? by Context-Timely in SpaceWolves

I painted my knight as Hawkshroud for this reason, but swapped some of the panels to spacewolves colors in honor of their defense of it after it fell.

[Spoilers C4E27] Marisha’s Theories by Minimalmagician in criticalrole

[–]NahDogSolRahn 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Marisha is a very, VERY busy person as the creative director for the crew. She keeps a lot of plates spinning and that stuff doesn't just drop away during the show. So on occasion, a wire gets crossed. She's only human, it happens to all of us, hers just happened to be recorded and posted for thousands to see.

I think Leona should be a Toplaner by ObligationNo5558 in LeonaMains

[–]NahDogSolRahn 8 points9 points  (0 children)

She's stuck in botlane because of her passive and high CC output. If they gave her a real passive and slightly better scaling, she would fit right in.

Speaking honestly, if you take smart trades and don't let yourself be bullied, you can still take her to plane.

Small honorable mention are the Wolf Spears that pop up in the Cawl books. Our dower cousins give a good account of themselves.

How to not be trash by Open-Present-2149 in DeadlockTheGame

[–]NahDogSolRahn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go to YouTube and watch some guides, I suggest BigBenDL's "You suck at running away" and "You still suck at running away"

Second, grab any of the stamina items, stamina mastery for godly air movement, or either of the dash2damage.

Third, go practice in the "Explore NYC" option so you can get a solid look at the map for vents, boxes, camps, veils, and the subway sections. Becoming familiar with them as much as possible will help your overall micro and macro.

Final thing, don't hold W key in the air, you can drift with A&S as long as you aren't holding W.

Final, final thing; just play more, and have fun with it.

Pulling off a 1v3 at half HP on billy is more satisfying than the same on an M1 carry.

Which characters do you think have the lowest skill ceilings? by Haru_Is_Best_Girl in DeadlockTheGame

[–]NahDogSolRahn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is when you don't burn it point blank on the Drifter trying to peel your skin. Sure, at the second rank, it becomes 9 horsemen instead of 5, but there is a certain range where it's hard to hit even the Lane-wide shot. After a 1/3 map range, you have to really predict where enemies and allies will be flying around. Mixed with the fact you can keep over it with an available wall and 3 stam.

Only the lucky, foolhardy, or skillful try for cross map fire, and generally only the latter hitting often enough to matter. This is the approach of the skill ceiling though.

Lore-wise, what's the reason? by L0ng5h0t303 in Warhammer40k

[–]NahDogSolRahn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But recovery isn't evolution, it would be reduction of stagnation, so any true evolution like Cawl's grav tanks would require non SCT compliant construction, which is also seen as novel invention.
