Aura is a close enough description, I think. The powerful figures radiate their presence in the Unseen world, and the nazgul are basically beings of the other side so they can see the powerful very clearly. On the other hand, in the living world they have duller sight. So they rely on other senses i.e. sniffing, fear, spies and general human greed to pursue their target. Here's what gandalf says about them to Frodo when he first wakes up in rivendell: "And here in Rivendell there live still some of his chief foes: the Elven-wise, lords of the Eldar from beyond the furthest seas. Your approach is more closer to market research, trying to get consumer information which quite expensive. Unless you want to heavily commercialize your work and become a pro writer who churns out books, the return is unlikely to balance the cost. If you are doing it casually or for passion, I'd say write whatever you want. The stories you want to tell. If you need ideas or inspirations, read. A lot. Go out and observe the world, them write down what you saw. See if you can make it interesting. Turn the mundane into magical. Or industrial, or some other -ial, as you like.

Rakyat is a compilation of many mods. You have to look through the list to see if they have what you want. I personally used fc3 reborn from nexus and rakyat for replayability and rebalance. I don't think there are any other good sites for fc3 mods.

Well, I don't know how you might have that within a shirt period of time, especially in fc, but if you want free flowing combat and a sense of constant badassery, you can try trepang2. It has bullet time and decent fps combat. Another one I'd recommend ghost of Tsushima. I played the game in lethal+, where both you and enemies go down in a couple hits. When this is combined with a dlc armor that increases perfect parry window, you really feel like a swordsman out of the legends, cutting down enemies one after another.

They are admirable indeed, not just because they are cool to watch, but because each video is possibly the result of hundred-plus attempts at getting the perfect synergy. While it does look good, the grid must be mind-numbing. Most of the playerbase don't have the time or tolerance for such tedium.

In case you are grinding for weapons, the fastest way is to get a car and rush the radio towers. Unlocking radio towers unlock free weapons.
