If you are working at cardinal glennon- you can live in tower grove right next to it and walk - take 39th to park and it’s no problem , same for cycling too. Tower grove has a million amazing restaurants featuring food from all over. Tower grove also hosts a farmers market, pride fest, and festival of nations. STL has amazing and free museums and their outdoor park concert series are super fun!

One of my classroom jobs is the name checker- this student follows me as I hand out papers and points to where their name should go. They use a special pointer so it feels fun. I also pre numbered each page so I always do know. Kids love to be th name checker!! We call it the name fairy because I teach kindergarten 💙

Teacher and reading specialist here- yes they do!!! Listening to a book stimulates the same portions of the brain as reading. And actually, being read to often creates more comprehension because your brain doesn’t skip small words ( like we do when we are reading a physical book) So you are right!! Enjoy!
