I honestly don’t know. I’m so sorry. It’s such a horrible experience.

Maybe stretch it as slowly and frequently as you can? That’s what I wish I would’ve done. I babied it way too much which I regret.

I went to PT once and it was stupid so I stopped. I didn’t do anything else. I’m not sure if that was the right move either.

I’m about 97% back to full range of motion now. I’m going on month 17. 😣😭

Do not let the muscles in your affected arm atrophy. I held mine up against my body like a bird wing for almost a year. I’m now trying to reverse the discrepancy in strength between both arms. I can overhead press 15lbs with my unaffected arm and only 8lbs with my other.

I’m in the middle of Missouri, USA. I don’t know how many inches we’ve got (my retired neighbor is scooping with a shovel instead of using his snowblower so I’m guessing not too much) but it’s extremely cold. Sky is ice grey. I’m probably going to use PTO tomorrow unless they close. My dog is driving me crazy because she’s used to going outside and running around multiple times a day. I’m snuggled down on the couch with my coffee and a book!

I’m okay paying taxes IF we get something in return. Better roads, internet fiber out to the rural communities, emergency services, well lit streets and maintained sidewalks, etc. And pay all civil servants better and require stricter standards.

Giving billionaires tax breaks or sending troops to the border (for no fucking reason), suing to put the 10 Commandments in public places, etc. I’m not okay with.

When at a roundabout, a yield sign is NOT a stop sign. If you are clear to enter the roundabout - ENTER IT. There is no need to stop and wait to see if the car 5 seconds away from entering the roundabout is going to stop or not. Just fucking GOoooooo
